G V Electricals closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results

G V Electricals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, promoter group, and designated persons including their immediate relatives.
