Maestros Electronics approved a share capital increase to Rs 15 crore at its AGM

Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Limited announced that its members approved an increase in the company’s authorized share capital to Rs 15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Only), divided into 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lakh) equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, at the 17th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
