Shekhawati Industries will halt trading for insiders following SEBI guidelines

Shekhawati Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations, and will reopen 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, are made public, the company said in a filing.
