H S India Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

H S India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
