Kahan Packaging closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Kahan Packaging Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year and year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
