IGI will close its trading window following regulatory guidelines regarding financial results

International Gemological Institute Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
