DESCO Infratech closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

DESCO INFRATECH LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
