Chemcon Speciality Chemicals Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
