Arkade Developers will halt trading for insiders following financial results release in 2026

Arkade Developers Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
