Ramco Systems’ Stakeholders Committee approved equity share allotment under multiple ESOS plans

Ramco Systems Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 35,983 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013), Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2022 (ESOS 2022), increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 37,59,66,640 to Rs 37,63,26,470 and the total number of equity shares from 3,75,96,664 to 3,76,32,647.
