Rollatainers Limited halts securities trading for insiders ahead of financial results release

Rollatainers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all officers and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's Insider Trading Code.
