Precision Wires India Limited will close its trading window for directors, auditors, and designated persons starting Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
