Suraj Industries Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
