Crisil assigns ratings totaling Rs. 636 crore to Aether Industries, including facilities backed by HDFC Bank

Aether Industries Ltd announced credit rating actions from Crisil and ICRA, with Crisil Ratings assigning ratings to various bank facilities and instruments totaling Rs. 636 Crore, including a Long Term rating of Crisil AA-/Stable and a Short Term rating of Crisil A1+, alongside assignments for Cash Credit facilities with HDFC Bank Limited (Rs. 250), ICICI Bank Limited (Rs. 50), and Axis Bank Limited (Rs. 2), as well as a Term Loan of Rs. 150 with HDFC Bank Limited, and Proposed Fund-Based Bank Limits of Rs. 88; ICRA maintains a Long Term credit rating of A+ (Stable) and a Short Term credit rating of A1, reflecting previous ratings, while Crisil also assigned a Short Term Rating of Crisil A1+ and a rating of Crisil AA-/Stable, with all ratings remaining valid until August 12, 2027, and covering instruments such as Listed/Proposed to be listed bonds/debentures/preference share, Unlisted/Proposed to be unlisted Bonds/Debentures/ Preference share, Listed PTCs / Securitisation Notes, Unlisted PTCs / Securitisation Notes, Listed Commercial Paper and NCDs, Unlisted Commercial Paper and NCDs, Loan Facilities (Fund/Non-Fund Based), External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, Fixed Deposits raised by corporates, Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans, Borrowing programme, Issuer Ratings, Credit Ratings for Capital Protection Oriented Schemes, Credit quality ratings (CQRs), Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans extended by Corporates, and Expected Loss Ratings across various regulatory bodies including SEBI, RBI, and MCA.
