Motilal Oswal Financial Services secures approval to issue up to Rs 900 crore in NCDs

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the issuance of up to 90,000 fully paid, secured, rated, redeemable, listed, senior bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of Rs 100,000 each, for an amount up to Rs 900 crore on a private placement basis. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and will have a tenure of 3 years and 26 days.
