MAS Financial Services allotted INR 175 crore in debentures via private placement

MAS Financial Services Limited announced that its Finance Committee has allotted 1,75,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of INR 10,000 each, totaling INR 175 crore, on a private placement basis. The debentures have been rated "CARE AA-/Stable" by CARE Ratings Limited and will mature on September 24, 2028, with an interest rate of 8.55% payable quarterly.
