Praj Industries halts trading for insiders pending second quarter financial results release

Praj Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
