Quadrant Future Tek closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Quadrant Future Tek Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
