Pyxis Finvest closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

Pyxis Finvest Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
