Nikhil Vora resigns from Hindustan Foods, effective September 2026, citing professional commitments

Hindustan Foods Limited, a Vani ty Case Group Company, announced that Nikhil Vora has resigned as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective September 23, 2026, due to increased professional responsibilities. Additionally, Shashi Kalathil will continue serving as Chairman, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, following his retirement from the role of Independent Director, while the company also reconstituted its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
