Brahmayya & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000515S) as the company's Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 58th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 63rd AGM. K.S. Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 003109S), ceased to hold office as Statutory Auditors following the completion of their two five-year terms.
