Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Ms. Urmi Prasad and Ms. Charita Thakkar as Joint Managing Directors for a period of five years, effective from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032, at the company's 49th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2026; Ms. Charita Thakkar’s re-appointment is subject to approval from the Central Government due to her status as a Non-Resident Indian.
