Themis Medicare shares trading window to close October 1, 2026, per SEBI regulations

Themis Medicare Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close its trading window for company shares and securities starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, by the company’s board of directors.
