Rekvina Laboratories Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved a change of registered office within the city, effective September 23, 2026, to 3rd floor 5 Laxmi Society, B/h Baroda Heart Institute, Near Haribhakti Colony, Old padra Road, Vadodara – 390007, and noted the resignation of Mr. Amit Shah as Managing Director, effective September 11, 2026, due to personal reasons and commitments.
