Mindspace Business Parks REIT redeemed Rs 675 crore in commercial paper obligations

Mindspace Business Parks REIT announced it has fulfilled its payment obligations for the redemption of commercial paper totaling Rs 675 crore on September 23, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited. The REIT redeemed 13,500 commercial papers issued on a private placement basis with a face value of Rs 500,000 each, and no dues are outstanding.
