Supertech EV Limited to restrict trading for insiders starting October 1, 2026

Supertech EV Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct; the window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to approve those results to be announced later.
