Aurique Limited’s board allotted warrants to promoters and a public investor for Rs 12.00 each

Aurique Limited, formerly known as PAE Limited, announced that its Board of Directors has allotted 98,38,200 fully convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to Patel Vandanaben Hiteshkumar, a promoter group member, and Patel Sureshkumar R, a public investor, at an issue price of Rs 12.00 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 2.00 per warrant, as part of a first tranche allotment.
