Shringar House of Mangalsutra closes trading window for insiders ahead of results

Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
