Aavas Financiers appoints Nitin Rughwani as Chief Credit Officer, effective September 2026

Aavas Financiers Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Nitin Rughwani as Chief Credit Officer, a Senior Managerial Personnel, effective September 23, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Rughwani brings over two decades of experience in credit and risk management from Shriram Finance Limited, Yes Bank Limited, and Tata Capital Limited, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
