Sreedevi Pillai resigns as Non-Executive Director from Team India Guaranty Limited

Team India Guaranty Limited announced that Sreedevi Pillai has resigned from her position as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 23, 2026, due to increased professional and personal commitments. Pillai, who also served as Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committees, also holds directorships at IFB Industries Ltd and The Western India Plywoods Limited.
