Kings Infra Ventures closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Kings Infra Ventures Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its securities will be closed for promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons, starting October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
