India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited’s ESOP exercise boosts paid-up share capital

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited announced the allotment of 29,648 equity shares of Rs 5 each to employees through the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under its ESOP schemes. The company's paid-up share capital increased to Rs 54,59,84,825 consisting of 10,91,96,965 equity shares from Rs 54,58,36,585 and 10,91,67,317 equity shares, respectively.
