GTT Data Solutions will restrict trading for insiders until after Q2 2026 results

GTT Data Solutions Limited, formerly known as Cinerad Communications Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
