Sanghvi Brands Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, become publicly available, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
