Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to finalize and approve financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are disseminated to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
