Shree Balaji Textiles will restrict trading during a window closure period in October 2026

Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 working hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to approve the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company has designated National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the designated Depository Participant to restrict trading by designated persons, in compliance with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD -PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124.
