Brainbees Solutions Limited, operator of FirstCry, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
