Lalithaa Jewellery Mart closes trading window for insiders ahead of results announcement

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
