KBS India Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and SEBI regulations.
