Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 2,830 equity shares, comprising 1,415 shares from the exercise of vested stock options and 1,415 bonus shares issued in a 1:1 ratio, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015. The allotment, approved by the company's Stakeholders Relationship Committee on September 23, 2026, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 11,75,49,370 to Rs 11,75,52,200, with the exercise price set at Rs 1 per option.
