Orient Electric shutters trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results release

Orient Electric Limited, a CK Birla Group Company, informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares of the company for designated persons and their immediate relatives is closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
