Wallfort Financial Services closes trading window ahead of financial results release

Wallfort Financial Services Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, with the window reopening 48 hours after the results become generally available.
