Bansal Roofing Products Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026.
