Raja Bahadur International Limited will close its trading window for board members, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
