Le Lavoir Limited appoints Manish Bachani and Parin Bhavsar as directors, pending approval

Le Lavoir Limited announced the appointment of Manish Shrichand Bachani (DIN: 08013906) and Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar (DIN: 09134264) as additional non-executive and independent directors, effective September 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company also reconstituted its audit, nomination and remuneration, and stakeholders relationship committees, with Himanshu Keshubhai Togadiya, Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar, and Ashok Dilipkumar Jain serving as members. Additionally, the board approved material related-party transactions with Grace Marketing, also pending shareholder approval, and approved an addendum to the notice of the annual general meeting.
