Tirupati Starch shareholders re-appointed directors for terms spanning until 2027-2032

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Yogesh Kumar Agrawal and Ramesh Chandra Goyal as Whole-time Directors for further periods of 3 years and 3 years respectively, effective January 1, 2027, and June 28, 2027. Additionally, Yashwant Jain Nandecha and Sandeep Agrawal were re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of 5 consecutive years, effective July 7, 2027, at the company's 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026.
