Qualitek Labs approved a Rs 20.02 crore preferential share issue to listed allottees

Qualitek Labs Limited’s board approved a preferential issue of up to 386,000 equity shares at Rs 518.55 per share, aggregating up to Rs 20.02 crore, and a preferential issue of up to 520,000 fully convertible warrants at Rs 518.55 per warrant, aggregating up to Rs 26.96 crore, to proposed allottees listed in annexures A1 and B1, respectively. The company also decided to call an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 16, 2026, and approved the draft notice for the meeting.
