The initial public offer of Varmora Granito Ltd IPO received bids for 37,27,809 units as against 3,39,02,899 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:21 IST on Tuesday (22 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.11 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 24 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 140 per share to 148 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 101 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 388 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 708 crore.
