Shree Salasar Investments’ shareholders approved a resolution to alter the issuance of warrants

Shree Salasar Investments Limited informed the BSE that it has submitted voting results for electronic voting on a corrigendum to an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 23, 2026. The e-voting, conducted between September 16 and September 22, 2026, concerned a special resolution to alter point (a) "Objects of the Issue" related to the issuance of 18,50,000 warrants on a preferential basis, with 12 members casting 5,282,960 votes in favor and 2 members casting 2 votes against the resolution, as per a report by Scrutinizer Mayank Arora of Mayank Arora & Co.
