Praveen Purohit & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 164568W) as Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2026, until the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting.
